Problems giving medicine to baby?

My youngest is now seven, so I am past the stage for this new product - but how I wish it had been around the many times when it would have been the perfect answer.
The makers of Reliadose sent this to me in the hopes that I would recommend it to my readers. I'm a little picky about what I do recommend: they have to be products I use or would buy myself, things that are truly useful.
If you have no problem giving your children medicine, then this is not for you. But if you have struggled with it - moms who have kids with special needs often face more challenges in this area with more meds and kids with more "issues" - then you might want to invest in this product which sells for 8.99-11.99.
Inside is a syringe so you can deliver the right amount and flow of meds, but it is cloaked in a bottle which can hold something your child likes which will mask the taste (and the idea) of the medicine.

I will give away the brand new one sent to me.
Just leave your name in a comment and on Monday at noon
I will put all the names in a hat and let one of my kids draw the winner.

My 7-month-old just had surgery last week, and oh how I wish I had this to make the 6 doses of meds a day easier.
It's to the point where I have to fake him out, making him think I'm going to start nursing him and then quickly get the medicine down his throat. Driving me crazy!

Well, I could certainly do with one of these. Count me in! (And thanks for the review, and for sharing your extra bottle!)

Barbara,
We've tried this. It didn't work for us. If you're nursing your baby, then it might not work well. Plus, we had some NASTY tasting medicine we had to give our daughter and it was easier to give it to her with the regular dropper. But it's a GREAT idea and I hope it works for many moms!
