Did you notice the price?
$85 per melon seems a little steep to me!
Clearly, not designed for the larger family, where we could consume several of these at a barbecue!

I worked as a terminal market fruit and vegetable inspector for the state when my oldest was born. These where just coming out. They called them ice box melons---square shape, won't roll around in the fridge, genius! I don't remember seeing any but they were the talk of the produce industry along with low carb potatoes, green cauliflower, and chocolate peppers (color not taste unfortunately). I bet you never knew the talk of the produce industry was so exciting!
