Shop Online - save time and money, support this site
A big thank you to all of you who have begun buying your regular supplies - from diapers and vitamins to gluten-free bread mix - by clicking through my Amazon link.
I just discovered I can even set up a program of subscribing to products I use regularly - like Tide HE (high-efficiency)since I have a front-loader washer - and save 15% by having it shipped to me. While you have to weigh the shipping cost factor (some products cost money, but others are shipped free - just remember to click the Super Saver Shipping when you check out). This was a real plus for me because HE detergent can be difficult to find. Anyway, you can set it up to deliver at whatever intervals you elect - up to every six months - and save 15%.
I'm past my diaper days - after 35 years of diapers - but this would have been a blessing for me then :)
Although I can see what's been ordered, I have no clue who ordered it. But sometimes people write me to say they ordered a dozen extra plates for Thanksgiving dinner or baking supplies or tools their husband needed. One friend even ordered a headboard! And my son Matt once ordered his futon through my link.
You can get just about everything at Amazon and save time, money and energy. I remember well those days when I'd enter Target at a fast clip to buy a pack of diapers, for instance, only to stagger out a couple hours later with all kinds of stuff I had no idea I needed :)
I started shopping on line with Amazon nine years ago. Today I buy everything I can online - even shoes. Online shopping saves me on gas, sometimes state taxes, and impulse shopping. It also takes a lot less time and means I don't have to pack the kids up and hope that they too will feel like shopping.
So if you are already an online shopper - or if you want to give it a try - just remember to click through the links here if you would like to help support this site while doing yourself a favor too.

Barbara,
I order my Huggies through your link on Subcribe and Save. 15% and no shipping? It's a no brainer. I even ordered a case of rice cakes last week. I'll be buying more food items that we use a lot of. Now, if Amazon would start selling fresh produce, between eBay, Amazon and Costco.com I might not ever have to leave my house! ;-)
